PICKit2 Error - Program Memory Errors Bad Address

Description : Bellow error came when i write hexadecimal file to PIC chipset

Command :  pk2cmd -P PIC16F877A -Y -F production.hex

Error :  PICkit 2 Verify Report
             9-2-2016, 21:40:39
             Device Type: PIC16F877A

             Program Memory Errors

           Address   Good     Bad
           000000    00120A   000000


Solution : I replace PIC chipset with new one but same programmer.
